Ingredients

2 Chicken Breast.

1/2 Red Onion.

2 Avocados.
60gr Mayonnaise.

1/2 Lemon juiced.

10gr Coriander.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Method

  1. Boil and pull the chicken breast.
  2. Slice the avocado.
  3. Chop the onion and coriander.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
